Resin Bound Case Study
Resin Bound Driveway In Newbury
This driveway was around 80m2 and included a new step being built for the front entrance. The step kerbs and the border was a buff style block edging which complimented the colour of the house brickwork.
The driveway itself was on a slight slope so the anti slip characteristics of the resin bound were important for the practicality of the surface.
The garden to the rear of the driveway is also on a slope leading towards the front therefor the old surface used to gather some standing water. The customer wanted this to no longer be an issue and chose resin bound for its full permeability. The existing driveway was fully excavated and a tarmac base was installed prior to the resin bound.
